When the guide roller is pressed against the side of the rail, the angle of view is turned over to make it have a small gap, and then the eccentric shaft is locked. Longitudinal sliding frame has two pairs of guide wheels for the longitudinal forward guide rail, so there are also two adjusting eccentric axes. The guide structure of the transverse slide frame to the transverse front track is similar to that of the longitudinal slide frame to the longitudinal front track, and the adjustment method is the same.
2. The movement of X and Y directions of laser cutting machine is maintained by servo motor/AC servo motor through transmission gear and rack drive system. Servo motors, such as the one-stop operation method, stipulate that there should be no gap in the transmission device, otherwise it will cause more serious noise and even lose step, which is completely different from the basic transmission device stipulated that there is a moderate gap in the transmission system. Whether the clearance of the transmission system is large or not can be judged from the running noise. The transmission clearance should be adjusted once after the equipment has been used for a period of time.
The transmission gear in the gear box is fixed with the output shaft of the servo motor, and the large gear is positioned accurately on the gear box through the shaft. Therefore, the adjustment of worm and worm transmission clearance in the gearbox can loosen the fixed position of servo motor to the gearbox, and tighten the servo motor and transmission gear together to the direction of the big gear. When adjusting, the aim is to eliminate the clearance, but the gear can not be too close to the gear.
The gearbox is fixed with the horizontal sliding frame and the vertical sliding frame respectively. The gap adjustment between the transmission gear and the rack can loosen the fixed foot bolt of the gearbox on the sliding wall, and tighten all the gearboxes to the rack and pinion. Similarly, the purpose of adjustment is to eliminate the clearance, so that the gear and rack can not be too close.
